I am a substitute teacher, so I am around the high school age group on a pretty regular basis, and I have seen (and experienced for myself as a teen) girls exactly like Pansy and her lot and boys like Nott, and I was pretty much a Millicent when I was that age, so this was a pretty personal tale to tell.
When I got the Millicent prompt, I didn't want to push her into that hard, bully corner that others seem to do, and set out to think of WHY she would act the way Harry and the others note that she does in the books. I'm just so pleased that you liked my take on her!
